I apologize for not sending this letter MANY months ago. All I want to do is to thank you for the wonderful lake home you built for us. If you share this with your prospective clients, maybe it will help them decide you’re their only choice, and that when you talk about “quality,” people need to know that’s exactly what you mean, and that’s exactly what they’ll get…and at a very fair price.
First, people need to know about the quality of advice they’ll get. The number of design iterations you were dragged through with us before the hole was even dug was incredible. But your creativity and advice as to design and materials was a huge benefit and right on.
Next, the quality in managing the construction process blew us away. We wanted to be in by July 4th (after digging the hole April 7th), and we closed the end of June! And you were right on budget!
The quality of your people and your subs is excellent. Your personal day-to-day involvement was great, but with people like Jeff on your team, we had no communication problems ever. In fact, your subs were so good (like your painters), we’ve hired them to do extra work for us.
Finally, the quality of your word is something not found often today. When you said you’d be there with any problems we had, you were…actually above and beyond what we would have expected.
So thanks, Gary! And please feel free to share these comments with your staff and prospective clients. And I’ll be happy to talk on the phone with them as well. And I’ll also tell them that these comments were unsolicited.
